He was last seen on the lakefront near West Irving Park Road and North Recreation Drive, around 4:40 p.m.
The desponded man was spotted by several joggers, and was last seen wearing a long black trench coat and a black hat with red designs on it.
Police said the man drove to the area in a black Audi.
If you see this man in the in Lakeview/Uptown/Edgewater area, please call police.
