Police said four suspects sprang from the stalled car, described as a Ford, and ran westbound on Washington Boulevard from LaClaire.
According to an officer on the scene, there was at least one injured person in the crashed vehicle. An ambulance and firefighters were called to the location.
Around 6:43 p.m., authorities apprehended two of the four fleeing suspects. Two offenders are still on the loose.
Preliminary reports suggest the criminals in the wrecked vehicle were also involved in a hit and run with another car.
It's so maddening that these thugs can't give it a rest for just ONE day out of the year! What a great gift they could GIVE to the city of Chicago!

Let me know WHEN the last time an Italian mobster robbed, beat or killed someone. Put up the facts. I can put up the facts on these ghetto thugs any day all day. Nice try at a diversion though.
