Drive-by Shooting in Humboldt Park

A man was injured during a drive-by shooting on Chicago’s northwest side.

The shooting occurred around 10:56 p.m., on the 1400 block of North Avers Avenue, in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood.

The victim was on the sidewalk when shots were fired from a white, Chevy Astro van. After the shooting, the van continued southbound on North Avers Avenue.

At last count, police collected 12 shell casings at the crime scene.

The shooting victim’s age, race, and condition were not disclosed.

    I think when they catch these scumbag losers, they should use them as target practice and see how they like it. Bet they'd need to change their underwear!
