An Irving Park neighborhood nail salon near the intersection of West Irving Park Road and North Pulaski Road, was robbed.
Police gave 3927 West Irving Park Road as the address where the crime occurred, but other sources indicate the robbery took place at Diamond Nails at 3953 West Irving Park Road.
Around 9:33 p.m., a white man dressed in a sweatshirt and construction boots, with extensive tattoos on his left bicep and forearm, stole $30.00 dollars from the salon.
When the suspect fled the scene in a black Grand Prix or Grand AM, several employees tried to jump into the thief’s car, and narrowly escaped being dragged by the vehicle.
The scene was so chaotic, several people in the area unwittingly reported a carjacking.

So no gun? No beating? No bat? Just walked in a stole a lousy $30.00? Now there's a switch. Glad no one got injured but hope the thug gets caught. Guess white thugs need money too. I mean the ghetto thugs can't have the corner on theft now can they?
ReplyDeleteNo weapon was mentioned. It looks like Mr. Man just walked in and helped himself.
