Police are searching for four teenage African-American boys who were involved in an attempted robbery on the CTA Red Line.
Four boys between the age of 13 and 19-year-old, tried to snatch a female CTA passenger’s iPod. The attempted robbery occurred around 7 p.m., as the train pulled into the 35th Street station at 142 West 35th Street.
Police said even though the victim was clearly outnumbered, she somehow managed to hold on to her property.
After the robbery, the suspects exited the train and may have boarded a northbound train toward the Cermak-Chinatown station.
According to the victim, three of the four suspects were wearing "down jackets".

How fricking stupid can you be, trying to rob a CTA employee! Good for that woman for not becoming a victim. We ALL need to do that.
