EXCLUSIVE: IPRA Investigating Recent Claim of Chicago Police Brutality

This morning, at 8:21 a.m., the Independent Police Review Authority requested pictures of a suspect in custody. Apparently, claims of excessive force or brutality, have been made against the arresting officers or police at the detention center.

I tried to get more information, but as you can imagine, the police department is being very tight-lipped about this investigation.

Thus far, this has not been a good year for Chicago police officers. Currently, four officers are under investigation for alleged police brutality, and two more officers are facing suspensions for similar allegations.
