The suspect is described as an African-American female, dark complexion, 200 pounds, wearing a wig, a burgundy dress, and a rhinestone headband.
She is accused of taking a street performer’s guitar.
According to a Chicago police officer on the scene, the man was also beaten. The officer called for paramedics.
