WGN claims that investigators don't know who shot 5-year-old Johnathan Jackson; which is ridiculous. A simple test for gunshot residue would have been the first step to solving that mystery.
According to police, Heard is responsible for bringing a loaded gun into the home, and leaving it where the children could access it.
