15 Cars missing from 3600 North Sheffield, towed

If you can't find your car, and it was parked on the 3600 block of North Sheffield Avenue overnight, it was probably towed.

An estimated fifteen cars were hauled away near Sheffield and Addison, around 3:30 a.m. Friday morning.

According to my sources, the city removed the vehicles to make room for an upcoming festival near Wrigley Field.

  1. If "No Parking" signs were not posted than the city is going to have to pick up the tab for this. Either people thought they could beat the time or the ward dropped the ball. Either way, someones paying. This is Tom Tunneys ward...that might explain it. He seems to be missing in action.
