The complainant said the gunman fired at a man as a bus was passing by. An officer stationed at 6900 S. Halsted said she didn’t hear anything. A second officer, stationed at 6900 S. Halsted, also stated that he didn’t hear gunshots.
The 911 call was disregarded.
11:18 pm --- A man dialed 911 to report that someone fired shots at him. The victim called from the 69th street Redline location (15 W. 69th Street). He said 3 African-American males, ages 17 to 21, had just shot at him.
